There is no survey study to date that would have analyzed the history of spatial relations in Castilian Spanish, i.e. the prepositions, transitive adverbs as well as prepositional and adverbial locutions used for the spatial localization of entities. Based on an extensive corpus, this book offers a complete diasystematic characterization of these aspects and discusses new hypotheses with regard to their correlations.

Presents essays that analyze the art teachings in Mexico City from the 18th to 20th century, particularly in 4 prestigious institutions: the Academia de San Carlos, the Escuela Nacional Preparatoria (now the Antiguo Colegio de San Ildelfonso), the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes and the Secretaría de Educación Pública.
