There is no survey study to date that would have analyzed the history of spatial relations in Castilian Spanish, i.e. the prepositions, transitive adverbs as well as prepositional and adverbial locutions used for the spatial localization of entities. Based on an extensive corpus, this book offers a complete diasystematic characterization of these aspects and discusses new hypotheses with regard to their correlations.

En 2004, después de diez años de trabajo, Christiane von Lengerke y Gabriele Schilling inauguraron el "Jardín de las Mujeres" en su finca cerca de Artà, Mallorca. En el extenso terreno de este Jardín (21.500 m2), 22 lugares fueron diseñados para invitar a conocer las trayectorias de mallorquinas del pasado y del presente. El proyecto germinó cuando las dos mujeres exploraron y limpiaron hasta el último rincón de la antigua plantación de almendros cubierta de maleza.
