Resumen del Libro

Los trabajos que integran este libro fueron editados por su autor, a modo de opúsculo, con el propósito de felicitar las fiestas de Navidad a sus amigos y a sus compañeros de profesión entre 2004 y 2010. Salvo la incorporación del título de los epígrafes y la corrección de alguna que otra errata, el autor ha preferido mantener el contenido de cada artículo tal y como fue concebido originariamente. Prima, por consiguiente, más allá de cualquier pretensión dogmática, un único fin: aproximarse al mundo del Derecho y de la Propiedad Intelectual e industrial desde el prisma de la poesía.
