Estos apuntes y la recopilación documental que se anexa por separado constituyen una parte de la investigación coordinada por el licenciado Roberto Borja Ochoa sobre la clase obrera mexicana en la actualidad. Hemos decidido presentar este informe limitándonos a la CTM. Por constituir, como se sabe, la central más numerosa en el sindicalismo mexicano contemporáneo y la que inició el cambio, al que aludimos, y arrastró a otras centrales, y al CT, a adoptar también nuevas políticas. Authors study four different regional revolts between 1923-24, all with different leaders and provoked by different causes: Rómulo Figueroa in Guerrero, Enrique Estrada in Jalisco, Guadalupe Sánchez in Veracruz, and Fortunato Maycotte in Oaxaca. Rebels failed because of a lack of central control or unifying program.
