The PRCT is the city of Bogota's plan for a permanent urban process of revitalization and conservation of their traditional historic downtown, through local development, integral housing, regeneration and improvement of natural conditions, sustainable spatial and mobility integration and the rescue and conservation of the cultural patrimony.
