Este libro presenta, a partir de un exhaustivo rastreo documental, un análisis detallado del conocimiento en enseñanza de la historia y las ciencias sociales producido en contexto nacional. Las autoras, mediante la indagación por propuestas y tensiones en escenarios como la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional, demuestran que la historia sigue siendo un tema y un enfoque de trabajo escolar privilegiados.
