Este libro, según la autora, pretende ser un trabajo de lexicografía descriptiva que registra el vocabulario de la lengua española empleado en las obras de Valle Inclán, Unamuno y Baroja.

Pablo come bollos por la calle y tira los envoltorios al suelo. Uno de ellos cae, por casualidad, en la cabeza de un niño, quien, ofendido, responde tirando un papel a Pablo. De esta forma se inicia la batalla de los papeles, que dejará paralizada la ciudad.

This study focuses on the formalization of a fundamental experience of human existence: the act of perception. Unlike most other linguistic research dealing with the "prototypical" verbs of visual and auditory perception, it concentrates on the complicated polysemy of the multimodal verb sentir. The findings provide important new insight into the linguistic expression of perception in general.
