La Constitución de la República Oriental del Uruguay de 1997 es el texto constitucional actualmente vigente en Uruguay. Esta reforma mantuvo, en términos generales, la esencia de la Constitución de 1967 respetando en su casi totalidad la numeración del articulado original.
