LA reflexión sobre la temporalidad y la memoria que caracteriza la poesía de Francisco Díaz de Castro sitúa a su personaje frente a una indagación del paso del tiempo como una dialéctica compleja entre la conciencia de la pérdida y la afirmación del instante.
