The book proposes that self-effectiveness in the university professor is nothing else but the confidence that the teaching personnel have in their own capacity to help students to learn. This confidence can make a difference in teaching as well as in the use of didactic strategies to increase quality learning at the university level. The book also addresses the concept of a collective self effectiveness. Joining efforts and feeling part of a common project is needed in order to advance successfully at the university leve.
