Nací en Almadén, provincia de Ciudad Real (España) en 1948. En 1959, cuando tenía 11 años mi familia se traslado a Barcelona buscando mejores posibilidades laborales y económicas y durante 40 años viví en esa ciudad. Por traslado de la factoría a dónde trabajaba, hace 15 años trasladé mi domicilio a la ciudad de Rubí, a 25 km de Barcelona. Desde niño escribo poemas. Aún conservo algunos de la infancia que había guardado mi madre como si fuera un tesoro, desde el tiempo que vivimos en Almadén.
