En este libro el autor propone una nueva teoría para explicar el porqué del rotundo derrumbe de lo que durante tanto tiempo se ha llamado “campo socialista”. Asimismo, analiza el estado actual del régimen capitalista, su inminente e irremediable desaparición y sugiere las posibles vías desarrollo económico y social de la humanidad para llegar algún día a un socialismo que verdaderamente responda a su nombre, tanto desde el punto de vista económico como político y social.

Esta revista fue realizada clandestinamente por un colectivo de cristianas y cristianos que se asumía “en constante nacimiento”. En razón de su fe, el colectivo tuvo el coraje de arriesgar su propia vida para modular una voz política disidente. El primer número de la revista explicita que la “simple proclamación explícita de la verdad, asumir sus riesgos pero también su eficacia liberadora es la tarea de NO PODEMOS CALLAR”. Los integrantes de la publicación siguen siendo, en su inmensa mayoría, desconocidos hasta el día de hoy.
